How do I know if I have a THCA member portal account?

How do I update my title or other contact information?
From the THCA Member Portal Homepage, click ‘Edit this profile’ then update your title within the ‘General Information’ tab. If you have other contact information updates to make, you can do so within the appropriate tabs then click ‘Save this profile.’ The email address field is not displayed, because this is tied to your membership login, if you have a request for an email address update, please contact us at thca@txhca.org.

I am new to my company, how do I request an account?

If you are a new employee of a THCA Member Organization please click here to request your THCA Member Account. Please submit only 1 new account request per individual and allow 1-2 business days for our staff to process your request.

How do I update my email subscriber preferences?
From the THCA Member Portal Homepage, click ‘Edit this profile’ then click ‘Edit your subscriber preferences:’ to view available options. Check the boxes for email categories & lists that you would like to subscribe to, then click ‘Save this profile.’

How do I update my email organizational listing?
You must be designated as the main contact for your organization or request to have permissions to edit your organization profile in order to make these types of changes. From your individual THCA Member Portal Homepage, if you see the option to ‘Switch profile’, then you have permissions enabled. If you do not see this option, please contact us at thca@txhca.org to request this access.

Once you change to your organizational profile view, click ‘THCA Member Organization Directory Listing’ to view your current directory listing. The directory listings are automatically populated using information from your organizational profile or ABM application. You can revise your keywords, expand on your description, update products and services, etc. then click ‘Save this profile’ to submit to THCA Staff for review.

Associate Business Members: For ABM listings, the sub-category currently will not display on this edit screen due to a known issue (pending correction). Rather than update the existing listing, feel free to click the ‘Add’ button to create a new listing and self select your sub-category.
