About the THCA-EF
The Texas Health Care Association’s Education Foundation (THCA-EF) is a 501(c)(3) organization that functions to develop, promote and support the professional development and education of individuals who specialize in long-term healthcare.
Continuing education credits are regularly available through THCA education foundation. A variety of educational events and resources are offered which are designed to ensure members and non-members and their staff are up to date on educational trends and innovations in long term care management.
Working with various THCA Committees comprised of experts in the long-term health care profession, the THCA-EF obtains real time feedback on the needs of the industry, which informs educational offerings and events.

June 12-14 2023
Held again at the beautiful Hyatt Lost Pines Resort & Spa in Bastrop, TX, just a few miles outside of Austin. Registration opens in April.
73rd Annual THCA Convention & Trade Show
September 11-13 2023
The 73rd THCA Annual Convention & Trade Show will be held at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Registration opens in May for exhibitors/business members and in June for provider/facility members.
2023 Emerging Executives Leadership Academy
Have you identified an emerging leader in your facility or organization? Recognize and grow their capacity to lead by nominating them for the 2023 THCA virtual Leadership Academy for Emerging LTC Executives. Nomination forms will open in January 2023.

Find live and on demand educational webinars and resources on your own time from AHCA/NCAL for nursing facility administrators, independent owners, nursing staff, therapists, supervisors, facility management, and more.
The American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living offers educational programming for THCA members and non-members, and an opportunity to earn CEUs through the ahcancalED platform.
As a THCA member, you are automatically a member of AHCA and receive the member pricing on educational training, webinars, videos, journal articles, interviews with experts, and more.
