Each year THCA recognizes outstanding job performance in long-term care awarding individuals who have demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care for the facility, its residents, and staff, including Regional CNAs, Regional Nurses, DON, Administrator of the Year, Assisted Living Manager of the Year, Ombudsman, and Public Information / Education Awards. Nominees must work in a THCA member facility. Winners are recognized at the 74th Annual Convention & Trade Show, September 9th and 10th.
