The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program helps facilities evaluate their organization’s strengths and opportunities, identify critical areas for improvement, and implement a plan to be stronger, more resilient, and successful than ever before. The three-level program evaluates long term care organizations capabilities against nationally recognized standards for excellence, making it one of the most comprehensive and cost-effective performance assessments available to providers. Each progressive award levels— Bronze – Commitment to Quality, Silver – Achievement in Quality, and Gold – Excellence in Quality, requires a more detailed demonstration of superior performance.
The Texas Culture Change Coalition (TXCCC)is dedicated to transforming the culture of long-term care provided to Texans, who are aging or have disabilities, by affirming the dignity and value of each individual and the caregivers who provide support for them. TxCCC is comprised of professionals, providers, advocates, organizations, and consumers who are dedicated to transforming long-term care in Texas. TXCCC welcomes individuals from across Texas to participate.
TMF works with patients, providers, government agencies and other groups to promote high quality health care. TMF Health Quality Institute develops and implements a broad array of initiatives to improve patient care and health outcomes throughout the nation. Their consulting expertise spans the full spectrum of health care improvement and assessment services by developing and implementing quality improvement projects to improve patient care and population health, providing quality improvement consultation and technical assistance to providers, and engaging providers, stakeholders and patients in learning networks to accomplish rapid, large-scale change in health care quality.
