DADS Issues Information Letter No. 16-22:  FY 2016 Fee-for Service Claims Billing Closeout

On June 13th, 2016 the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) issued Information Letter No. 16-22 regarding the Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 billing closeout for fee-for-service claims.  It is important for providers to promptly submit claims to be paid by DADS for any unbilled services to prepare for the August 31, 2016 deadline. DADS has also stated that it will publish additional details regarding cutoff dates for FY 2016 in an upcoming DADS information letter when they are available.  A copy of IL No. 16-22 can be found here.
