LTC Provider Keynote: Federal and State Issues That are Affecting the LTC Landscape
The LTC Provider Keynote session will include a broad discussion about issues at the state and federal levels that are affecting LTC, what is in place, and what is coming. Hear from a leadership panel at both the State and Federal level on the impact of regulatory and reimbursement changes that have occurred and the vision/perspective these leaders see for the Long-Term Care landscape moving forward. Changes such as PDPM, Requirements of Participation and State and Federal regulatory changes will affect the delivery of quality care in Texas. Discussion will include RoP, post Phase 1 & Phase 2 how are facilities participating; Phase 3 rollout how this delay will affect facilities with the rollout of PDPM; State regulatory updates and changes.
