Providers Must Verify That Participant Information is Captured on the Interdisciplinary Team Prior to Confirmation
HHSC posted the following reminder that nursing facilities (NFs), local intellectual and developmental disability authorities (LIDDAs) and/or local mental health authorities (LMHAs) should confirm that all participants have been accurately captured in field G0400. IDT Participation prior to the confirmation of the interdisciplinary team (IDT) meeting by the LIDDA and/or LMHA.
