Updates to Account Activation for the TMHP Online Provider Portal Effective October 27, 2017

Effective October 27, 2017, the account activation webpage and online form for the provider portal on www.tmhp.com will change. Providers will see an updated webpage, and providers that need to activate their online account will see a new red button for Long Term Care providers, and a new purple button for Nursing Facility/Waiver Program providers.
