2019 ANNUAL CONVENTION & TRADE SHOW, September 16-19, Gaylord Texan – Grapevine, TX

Registration, Sponsorship & Advertising opened for THCA Associate Business Members on July 1st selling over 65 exhibit spaces within the first 48 hours!

Registration for businesses that provide service and/or products (and respective company representatives) is an THCA Associate Business Member benefit, available exclusively to THCA Associate Business Member (ABM) organizations.

Each ABM Registration includes convention badges for up to three (3) representatives of registering company to network with Provider Registrants (LTC Nursing and Assisted Living professionals) throughout the convention week.  Highlights of the registration benefits include:

  • 10X10 Exhibit Space (while space is available) to showcase your services and/or products in the Convention Trade Show on September 17 & 18;
  • Monday late afternoon/early evening: Reception hosted by THCA Leadership (Board Members, President/CEO operators, other leadership staff) exclusively for registered Business Members;
  • Monday evening: Welcome Reception for all provider & business member convention registrants;
  • Monday: Attend the various sessions with provider attendees;
  • Tuesday: Morning and afternoon breaks with attendees; attend Convention Keynote Address by former Navy SEAL, Kevin Lacz, and any other sessions of interest with provider attendees;
  • Wednesday: Morning and afternoon breaks with attendees; attend various sessions of interest side-by-side with provider attendees
  • Thursday: Morning breaks with attendees, attend Closing Keynote Session.
  • Additional Badge: Each registration is eligible to purchase up to one (1) additional badge for a fourth company representative to attend at $300. 

THCA Region Meetings: THCA Region Chairs host Regional Meetings in each of their respective areas across the state for long term care providers.  This is an excellent and exclusive opportunity for THCA Associate Business Members/Representatives to attend, sponsor and/or partner with THCA’s Education Foundation to provide an informative educational presentation with Continuing Education Credit for attendees.  If you are not familiar with the THCA Regional meetings and would like to learn more, contact THCA’s Director of Membership and Outreach, Megan Reed at mreed@txhca.org.
