THCA Updated Regional Survey Data Through July 2019
One of the goals of the Texas Health Care Association’s Quality and Regulatory Committees in 2017 was to have survey information available for THCA members. With this goal in mind, THCA began requesting Regional Survey Information from Long Term Care Regulatory and made it accessible to our members. Since 2017, this information has been available to THCA members only and is posted behind the member wall on THCA’s Website.
The information includes the region, survey date, type survey (Health/LSC), surveyor’s name, TAG, scope/severity, and type visit (standard, complaint, incident). THCA has just posted the most recent file including information from January 1, 2016 to July 18, 2019.
To access the data:
- Go to www.txhca.org and sign in as a member
- Under Quality Care Tab go to Regional Survey Information
- https://txhca.org/regional-survey-information
This information is presented in an excel spreadsheet allowing our members to filter the data numerous ways — by region, type survey, surveyor, tag, scope, severity, and type of visit.
