THCA 65th Annual Convention & Trade Show

Starts Today

Exhibitor registration for the THCA 65th Annual Convention & Trade Show at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, TX is opening today, June 5.   If you would like to be contacted when registration officially opens with instructions on how to register, please email Darren Wright at dwright@txhca.org if you haven’t done so already.

The schedule for exhibitors is:

Monday, September 21

• (all day) – The Expo Group (event decorator) Setup Day

• 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm – Reception for Vendors & Decision Makers

• 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm – Opening reception for vendors and attendees

Tuesday, September 22

• 8 am – 5 pm – Exhibitor Registration Open

• 8 am – 3 pm – Exhibitor Setup

• 3:30 pm – Vendor Meeting

• 3:55 pm – THCA President & THCA Chairman of the Board address Vendors

• 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Exhibit hall open for attendees

• 5:00 pm – 6:45 pm – Reception in exhibit hall (for vendors and attendees)

• 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm – Door Prizes

• 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm – 65th Anniversary Celebration (vendors and attendees invited)

Wednesday, September 23

• 9 am – 5 pm – Exhibitor Registration open

• 10:30 am – 11:45 am – Vendor Education (free to attend)

• 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm  Business Advisory Committee

• 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm – Exhibitor Setup

• 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm – Exhibit hall open for attendees

• 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm – Exhibitor pack up

Registration is open to all 2015 associate business members and facility owner members and will be on a first come/first serve basis.

Hotel reservations at the THCA group rate will open July 20.  If you are registered as an exhibitor, you will be sent the code on this date.
