Don’t forget to register for the 2016 Nursing Facility DON Training Academy

If you have clinical oversight over in your facility, you will want to take advantage of the FREE Nursing Facility DON Training Academy; designed to help you to help you be a better leader. Register today for a 3-day: How to be a Successful Director of Nursing in a Texas Nursing Facility DON Academy session near you.

The academy is FREE and continuing education hours will be provided. Sessions are in full swing through June 2016. It is sponsored by DADS, the Texas Health Care Association and the TMF Quality Innovation Network – Quality Improvement Organization, in collaboration with nursing home DONs.

The registration site includes training prerequisites as well as training dates and locations.

Each 3-day course is open to nursing home:

Directors Of Nursing
Assistant Directors Of Nursing
Corporate nurses
Licensed nursing facility administrators
Nurses who could become Directors Of Nursing
