Issue with PASRR Evaluation Assessment Date Validation

Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has identified an issue that affects Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) Evaluation submission by Local Mental Health Authorities (LMHAs) and Local Intellectual or Developmental Disability Authorities (LIDDAs). The affected PASRR Evaluations (PEs) with dates of September 30, 2015, and prior, are failing to submit due to a diagnosis code lookup error caused by an incorrect assessment date value being utilized.

Until this issue is resolved, PEs with dates prior to October 1, 2015, cannot be submitted.

TMHP is working to correct the situation, and providers will be notified when PEs are able to be successfully submitted.
