AHCA Webinar on New Emergency Preparedness Final Rule Rescheduled
AHCA’s Webinar on New Emergency Preparedness Final Rule, with guest speakers Ray Miller, has been rescheduled for May 17th at 1:30PM Central. The new emergency preparedness final rule impacts Skilled Nursing Facilities, Nursing Facilities and Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Please note that this final rule is not applicable to Assisted Living Providers.
Providers will need to be in compliance by November 2017. The AHCA webinar will include an overview of the all-hazard risk assessment, how to address health and safety risks for your population and reasons to network with other providers. This is the second webinar in the four-part webinar series AHCA will hold this year on the emergency preparedness rule.
