Monthly Newsletter, Conference and Convention Registration information for ABM). If you’d like a copy of your company’s membership dues statement e-mailed to you, e-mail a request to gmuniz@txhca.org

THCA Education Foundation (THCA-EF) “Call For Presentations”: THCA-EF has extended the “Call For Presentations” deadline to February 1st. This is your company’s opportunity to share their expertise on topics your clients/potential clients will benefit from. It not only elevates your company name before long term care professionals, but shows your commitment to their professional development. Learn more about the “Call For Presentation” process and how to submit a presentation for consideration for any of our hosted events (conferences, convention, region meetings, webinars, etc.) at: https://txhca.org/call-for-presentations.
Annual Membership Directory: Our THCA Annual Membership Directory will again be published by Naylor Publishers. The Directory is published in two formats. It is first disseminated in hard-copy to all THCA Provider Operators, Member Nursing and Assisted Living facilities, all Hospital Administrators and Discharge Planners, as well as to all THCA Associate Business Members. A Digital version is then available on the THCA website for 24/7 access to all THCA Members (using their login credentials). Thank you to all who have supported this valuable resource tool by way of the various Advertising opportunities available. Naylor Publication will be in touch with you soon, but if you haven’t heard from them by the end of the month, you can obtain their contact information from Gina.
THCA Region Meetings: THCA Region Chairs are in the process of scheduling meetings with CE approved presentations for attendees. While “Live” meetings will continue to take place, Region Chairs will be incorporating a few regional “webinar” type meetings to assist members unable to attend the live meetings due to long driving distances. Be sure your company reps are included in the meeting notifications for the areas they cover by contacting the Region Chair for that area. Business members are also encouraged to support the region meetings by sponsorship, thus providing your area representative time on the meeting agenda to share information on how your company can assist them. If you need contact info for the Region Chairs, email a request to either gmuniz@txhca.org or Megan Reed mreed@txhca.org.
