THCA 2019 SUMMER CONFERENCE
“Forty Sponsorships”
Registration for THCA Business Members
Opens April 8th!

 

Attendance to this conference by Representatives of Businesses that provide services and/or products to long term care operators is EXCLUSIVE to THCA Business Members who purchase the limited “Forty Sponsorships” available for this event.  Each sponsorship provides up to two (2) company representatives (badge holders) to attend.  Multiple sponsorships within the “Forty Sponsorships” can be purchased, thus allowing additional company representatives to attend.

THCA Summer Conference is designed to bring long term and post-acute care providers and organizations together.  Conference attendees include:

  • THCA Provider Member Operators/Owners, Presidents, CEO’s, COO’s, CFO’s, Corporate Executives;
  • Members of the THCA Board of Directors (scheduled to meet during conference);
  • Members of the various THCA Committees & Councils (scheduled to meet during conference);
  • LTC Administrators and Assisted Living Managers;
  • DON’s, Clinical Supervisors, LTC Clinicians, Corporation Clinical staff;
  • Other professionals with LTC Operating organizations: Quality Improvement, Regulatory, MDS, Legal Counsel, etc.

Have your company brand visible and have up to two (2) company representatives per sponsorship network with attendees throughout the conference.  Highlights of the benefits include:

  • Monday evening Welcome Reception (for Conference Attendees & Sponsors only)

  • →New This Year Tuesday evening Reception for attendees and hosted by Conference Sponsors. At the request/suggestion of business members, and approved by the Business Advisory Committee, this added reception replaces the previously held Resource Fair Luncheon.
  • Opportunity to place informational brochures and/or give-a-way item at a Resource Informational Display to be set up in the registration/check-in area throughout conference.
  • Online link with access to THCA’s negotiated rate of $199/night for overnight accommodations at Hyatt Lost Pines Resort (while rooms are available).
  • Sponsor (logo) recognition on the attendee Registration Website
  • Sponsor (logo) recognition on on-site Signage at Conference Venue
  • Sponsor (logo) recognition in the THCA Membership Newsletter
  • THCA Social Media (Facebook Followers: 8,200; Twitter Followers: 3,306)

Once all “Forty Sponsorships” have sold, the opportunity for business representatives to attend the conference will close.  So, don’t delay – Mark your calendar to register on the THCA website, www.txhca.org on April 8th

Attendance to this conference by representatives of businesses that provide services and/or products to nursing and assisted living facility operators is only available through ABM Sponsorship registration only.
