AHCA Gives Members a New Way to Track and Trend Their Turnover and Retention DataThe NEW Turnover and Retention Upload is now available in Members of THCA are automatically members of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) so can now easily upload turnover and retention data in LTC Trend Tracker. ——————————————————— Members will be able to benchmark themselves against their peers and have instant feedback on turnover and retention rates. The new upload resource replaces the annual AHCA/NCAL staffing survey and includes data for both assisted living and skilled nursing. The Turnover and Retention Upload includes four questions for seven different staff positions, including: ⇒ Administrator/Executive Director ⇒ Director of Nursing/Director ⇒ Staff RN ⇒ LVN/LPN ⇒ CNAs (SNF) ⇒ Aides (AL) ⇒ Total All-Staff Turnover Members are encouraged to utilize this new resource. It is an effective way to track progress in the staffing stability goal under the AHCA/NCAL Quality Initiative and aligns with one of the four Commitment to Care core principles Create Workforce Stability through reducing staff turnover.
