THCA 2015 Awards & Scholarship Tool KitKnowing that retention of qualified staff has been identified as one of the barriers to providing quality care. THCA has developed a THCA 2015 Awards & Scholarship Tool Kit to assist THCA members with the nomination process.
**Nomination Submission Date Has Been Extended To → August 14, 2015** Take this opportunity to recognize your staff! The following items are provided in the Tool Kit: Purpose: Encourage nomination participation by staff, Residents Family Members and Vendors by posting this item throughout your facility (reception, common areas, staff break room, etc.). Purpose: Provide to Department Heads to share with their staff. Purpose: Assist in receiving nominations for these two disciplines (with a mention of the Scholarships available for those currently enrolled in or have been accepted into a nursing program – CMA, LVN, RN or Advanced Nursing).
