UnitedHealthcare Payment Update

UnitedHealthcare reported to THCA that MPAP proxy payments to nursing facilities were mailed last Friday, October 23, within the required 10 day period. They reported that United Provider Advocates will connect with the facilities to confirm receipt and understanding of these payments.

Also, UnitedHealthcare sent a notice to THCA confirming the activation of Electronic Payments and Statements. You should have begun receiving delivery to your accounts at the end of October. Contact Dorothy Crawford at THCA dcrawford@txhca.org if you have questions regarding these payments.
