PASRR Service Planning Team – Specialized Services Local Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authorities

On December 11, 2015, Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will implement a modification to the Long Term Care (LTC) Online Portal to support documentation of Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) specialized services information for Nursing Facility (NF) residents, as a result of the Service Planning Team (SPT) meetings.
