Letter of Agreement (LOA) for Quality Incentive Payment Programs (QIPP)

THCA has gathered the following LOA templates for the QIPP from the MCOs.

A Letter of Agreement (LOA) is required between the MCOs and QIPP participating providers. Cigna and United are developing their LOA templates. Below are LOA templates for the other MCOs.
