Important Dates:
- Mid September: Intent to Apply (ITA) Opens
- November 19: Intent to Apply (ITA) deadline (Savings of $200 to $500!)
- December 7: Applications accepted online
- January 28: All Application deadlines
The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program provides a pathway for providers of long term and post-acute care services to journey towards performance excellence. The program is based on the core values and criteria of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
Member centers may apply for three progressive levels of awards:
Each level has its own distinct rigors and requirements for quality and performance excellence.
Submit your Intent to Apply today! Intent to Apply Deadline is November 19th. Though not mandatory, the intent to apply has a number of associated benefits:
- The overall application fee is reduced; and
- Applicants will receive regular emails from Quality Award staff with deadline reminders, tips on applying for the award, and links to exclusive educational webinars.
Fee Schedule:
Bronze Application Fees
- Intent to Apply Fee: $75
- Bronze fee with the submission of an Intent to Apply: $425
- Bronze fee without the submission of an Intent to Apply: $700
Silver Application Fees
- Intent to Apply Fee: $150
- Silver fee with the submission of an Intent to Apply: $800
- Silver fee without the submission of an Intent to Apply: $1350
Gold Application Fees
- Intent to Apply Fee: $300
- Gold fee with the submission of an Intent to Apply: $1250
- Gold fee without the submission of an Intent to Apply: $2100
