2015 THCA Award Nominations are Now Open!

Award Nominations for the THCA 2015 Awards Program are now open! This is the optimal opportunity to recognize individuals and the facilities that they work for who greatly represent Long Term Care!

All nominations will be accepted electronically. Complete the Nomination Questionnaires on the writable PDF files and submit, along with all necessary supporting documents, to THCA via e-mail at 2015awards@txhca.org on or before July 31, 2015. Nominations are now being accepted for the following Awards (click on award to access/download the nomination form and criteria information):

• Outstanding Assisted Living Administrator

• Ombudsman of the Year

• PIE Media Relations Award

• PIE Community Education Award

• DON of the Year

• Nurse of the Year (per region)

• Nurse Aide of the Year (per region)

• Nursing Scholarships for *CMA, LVN, RN & Advanced Degree – *New This Year!

Award recipients will be recognized at the 2015 THCA Annual Convention & Trade Show in Grapevine, Texas, September 20-24, 2015.
